History

Hope Center East started with a block party in September, 2014, at Brookside Park. Hundreds attended, more than 25 people received the Holy Ghost, and more than 25 were baptized. Since then, we've met in numerous locations around the Brookside Park. We moved into our current location in 2016.

Since its inception, Hope Center East has seen more than 80 people receive the Holy Ghost, and more than 90 have been baptized!

We've watched as Jesus has untangled hearts and minds from the clutter of this world and released in them the hope of moving forward into the abundance of a life in Jesus Christ.

Jesus has provided jobs, housing, finances, food, clothing, household items, love, support, encouragement, teaching, training, preaching, worship, and above all else, the ultimate joy of being in His presence and abiding under the shadow of His wings.

They may come for food and clothing, but they leave assured of the hope of His calling.

2 Corinthians 4:6 KJV

For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
